The staff was extremely nice.
Unfortunately, my room had a persistent odor, and the shower wouldn't shut off, creating excessive condensation. The lack of air circulation made the room feel damp for the entirety of my stay. Additionally, the hotel felt outdated, creating a less than pleasant atmosphere for the price paid.

It was just an excellent fit for a trip in Cork with value for price. The location is really great for shopping and socializing. Bring your own towels if you wear makeup, as they have a strict towel policy.

Staff was very helpful during my stay.

I almost gave a good review, but this hotel is severely lacking. The shower is barely functional, and I had to return my key after every exit—how quaint. A welcome treat would have made all the difference. Oh, and I just love a breakfast that costs extra but offers little. Truly commendable!

would go back in flash.
Clean and comfy room with a private bathroom. Had amenities like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and toiletries. Great heating and a nice seating area. The location is perfect for eating out nearby. Staff were super helpful, especially with luggage! There’s no lift, just keep that in mind!

I had a decent stay with a very clean room and a comfy bed, but the size was a bit cramped, and there was no lift, which made carrying my heavy luggage a struggle. Overall, I would think twice about returning, despite the pleasant experience.

I stayed in a Small Double Room for 2 nights. The room was decent in size with a large bathroom, which was nice. The bed was comfy, which is always a plus. The only downside was the heat. it got pretty hot in there. The shower had a funny curtain setup, but it worked well enough. The highlights were really the location and helpful staff, though.

Recommend it for Couples seeking basic accommodation
Let me tell you, when we arrived we got a warm welcome and help to carry our bags up stairs, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was very clean too, which is rare these days.
It wasn't cheap for the experience, but still acceptable.
